Eczema

As beautiful and photogenic as Jackson is, he's got some pretty nasty skin issues.  You wouldn't necessarily notice unless you closely examine him, but it's bothersome.  He displays clear signs of eczema with the most severe rashes behind his knees and on the inside of his elbows.

Despite multiple applications of lotion and less frequent bathing, Jackson still has especially dry skin on his feet and face.
Along with the glaring eczema, Jackson has sensitive skin issues in general and is allergic to suedecloth and randomly breaks out into rashes for no apparent reason.  Currently he looks like he has some kind of fungus on the back of his neck.

I don't know if Jesse and I should be concerned or not.  Jackson's overall temperament is very happy.  I have no clue if his skin problems are itchy and irritating since he doesn't complain or scratch himself.  It's been recommended that we take him to a pediatric dermatologist.  After a bit of research, I've only found two dermatologists in the area that see newborns and neither one accept our insurance.  I guess we'll keep applying lotion, but I can't help but wonder if there is something else we should be doing.

Suggestions are welcome.
