Two Front Teeth

James' top two teeth finally cut through. He's now in the lead with four teeth. Maddie still has two and Amelia only has one (that hasn't even fully cut through).

And while we're focusing on James, I have photographic evidence to show you how sneaky he is! I rearranged the deck and baby gates so that the kids could explore the entire deck safely and not be confined to baby jail. We moved their water table and a playset on the deck so they have a flat surface to play. This stinker snuck through the crack of the gate, cruised along behind the gate, and moved the gate back as if he just miraculously happened to end up on the other side. He looked so proud of himself, too.

I'm afraid James is going to be an especially mischievous toddler.

Big Boy Coming Through

James is the first to pull up to standing. He has even pulled up on the coffee table and taken a few steps while holding on. Of course, I promptly sat him down. Such advancements will not be tolerated yet!

James' first tooth cut last week. His second tooth made it's appearance a few days ago.

I swear he has aged months in the past week!

Tooth Report

At 10 months old, Maddie remains the only baby in the house with teeth. I finally took a decent picture of her two front teeth.

We're impatiently waiting for James and Amelia to cut their first tooth.

Multiple Milestones: Scooting, Crawling, and Teeth

The past 24 hours have been full of accomplishments for the trio!

James is scooting backwards all over the place, just like Amelia has been doing for weeks now. I had to come rescue him multiple times throughout the day.

Amelia, who has been rocking on her hands and knees for over a week, crawled forwards for the first time. I wouldn't say she's full blown crawling, but she finally figured out how to work her arms and legs together to move ahead. She can even turn herself around.

The other big news is that we finally have a tooth at 9.5 months old! Madde is the first of the three to cut her first tooth. That might explain her trouble sleeping the past few nights. Hopefully she's not in too much pain.

I can't believe how much my babies are growing.

As I am typing this right now, all three are laughing at one another. Oh. My. Word.
